These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of avil.ai, operated by Aviavi LTD ("Company", "we", "us"). By accessing or using our service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
By purchasing a subscription plan, you authorise Aviavi LTD to charge your payment method on a recurring monthly basis at the plan price until you cancel. You agree to these recurring charges at the time of purchase.
Credits are issued at the start of each billing period. Unused credits expire at the end of each 30-day billing period and do not roll over. Cancellation stops future charges but does not refund the current period. Credits from cancelled subscriptions expire at the end of the current period.
You may cancel at any time via your account settings or by contacting info@avil.ai. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period.
avil.ai is an AI-powered headshot generation service. Users upload selfie photos and our AI generates professional-looking headshots. Results are delivered via email.
Credits (photo or video) are issued upon successful payment and are valid for use within the billing period in which they were purchased. Unused credits expire at the end of each billing period and do not roll over to the following period. Credits from one-time packs expire 30 days after the date of purchase. Any unused credits are forfeited after this period and cannot be refunded or transferred.
By purchasing a plan or pack, you acknowledge and agree that any unused credits will be forfeited at the expiration of the applicable period. Aviavi LTD reserves the right to modify credit expiration policies with 30 days' written notice.
Refunds for unused credits are subject to our Refund Policy. Credits are non-transferable and may not be exchanged for cash.
You must be at least 18 years old to use this service. By using avil.ai, you represent and warrant that you meet this requirement.

You retain ownership of your uploaded photos. You grant avil.ai a limited, temporary license to process your photos solely for the purpose of generating your headshots.
Generated headshots are licensed to you for personal and commercial use. You may use them on LinkedIn, résumés, company websites, and other professional materials.
avil.ai's technology, software, models, and branding remain the exclusive property of Aviavi LTD.
You may not use avil.ai to generate content that:
All payments are processed by Stripe. Prices are displayed in USD. By completing a purchase, you agree to pay the stated price. All sales are subject to our Refund Policy.
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR THAT RESULTS WILL MEET YOUR EXPECTATIONS.
AI-generated images are created algorithmically and results may vary. We do not guarantee specific quality, likeness accuracy, or fitness for a particular purpose.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, AVIAVI LTD SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUE, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES.
OUR TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ALL CLAIMS SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO US IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Aviavi LTD and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses arising from your use of the service or violation of these Terms.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at our sole discretion, without notice, for conduct that violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration rather than in court, except for claims eligible for small claims court.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
