Our Guarantee

We stand behind the quality of our AI headshots. We stand behind the quality of our AI headshot generation service. Refunds are available within 14 days of purchase for qualifying technical issues as described below.

Eligibility for Refund

You are eligible for a full refund within 14 days of your purchase in the following cases:

• Photos not delivered — your generated headshots were not sent to your email due to a technical failure on our side.
• Generation failed — the AI failed to process your photos and no headshots were produced.
• Significant quality defect — the generated photos have a documented technical defect (e.g., corrupted files, blank images, completely unrecognisable output) caused by a system error on our end.
• Duplicate charge — you were charged more than once for the same order.

Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be issued in the following cases:

• More than 14 days have passed since the purchase date.
• The service was delivered as described and headshots were successfully generated and delivered.
• Dissatisfaction with AI style or aesthetic outcome where the service functioned correctly.
• Issues caused by user-provided photos being unsuitable (e.g., no face visible, heavily obscured).
• Violation of our Terms of Service.

How to Request a Refund

Email us at info@avil.ai with:

• Your order ID (found in your confirmation email)
• Your email address used for the order
• Brief reason for the refund request (optional)

We process refunds within 1–3 business days. Refunds are issued to the original payment method via Stripe.

Technical Issues

If your photos were not generated or delivered due to a technical error on our side, you are entitled to either a full refund or a free regeneration at your choice. Please contact us immediately at info@avil.ai.
