Credits and Data Retention

We track your credit balance (photo and video credits) to provide our service. Credit usage data is stored securely in our database and is used solely to manage your account balance. Unused credits expire at the end of each billing period as described in our Terms of Service.

Uploaded photos used for AI generation are automatically deleted from our servers within 7 days of your order being processed.

• Account information: email address and password when you create an account.
• Photos: selfie images you upload for AI headshot generation. These are used solely for the purpose of generating your headshots.
• Payment information: processed entirely by Stripe. We do not store any payment card details.
• Communications: messages you send us via our contact form.

2. How We Use Your Information

• To provide, operate, and improve the avil.ai service.
• To generate AI headshots from your uploaded selfies.
• To send you your generated photos via email.
• To send transactional emails (order confirmation, password reset).
• To respond to your inquiries and support requests.
• To comply with legal obligations.

3. Photo Data & Deletion

Your uploaded photos and generated headshots are automatically and permanently deleted from our servers within 7 days of your order completion. We do not use your photos to train AI models, and we do not share them with any third parties.

4. Data Sharing

We do not sell, trade, or rent your personal information. We may share limited data with trusted technical service providers strictly necessary to operate and deliver our service. All such providers are contractually bound to process your data only as instructed by us and in compliance with applicable data protection law. We implement industry-standard security measures including encrypted connections (HTTPS/TLS), encrypted storage, and access controls. However, no method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure.
